At the end of the flow, I didn’t cue for you to move into shavasana/corpse pose because I want you to make it your own. It would benefit you a lot to lay down in shavasana/corpse pose and feel your body and breath for a few minutes or move into your meditation practice after this flow. But if you need to move on with your day, I understand! Grateful you practiced yoga and gave yourself some self love. Hope to see you again on the mat soon. 🙏
